Sharing our stories with each other is, I believe, a vital part to our healing. Motherhood, especially when dealing with mental health struggles, can feel so lonely and isolating. When we open up and share with each other, then we can realise we are not alone and there are many other moms/mums that will say "Me too!"
That's why I'm so excited to be starting a new segment of the show called "Mama Stories." This is where mothers just like you come on the show and share their experiences of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
