Episode 104: Mama Stories – Tish Harris

I’m so excited to be starting a new segment of the show called “Mama Stories.” This is where mothers just like you come on the show and share their experiences of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Sharing our stories with each other is, I believe,  a vital part to our healing. Motherhood, especially when dealing with mental health struggles, can feel so lonely and isolating.  When we open up and share with each other, then we can realise we are not alone and there are many other moms/mums that will say “Me too!”

My dear friend Tish is kicking us off in this series and has so much wisdom in what she’s sharing. I hope you enjoy our discussion.

Tish Harris is a martial arts instructor, and school chaplain. She resides in Australia and is a wife and mother to 2.
