Episode 110: Mental Health is Not One and Done

On this week’s episode, we dive into the fact that mental health is a lifelong journey. Mental health is not one and done, it’s a process that can take a lot longer than expected.

I had a psychiatrist tell me that I would have days when my mood would feel exactly as they did before I saught help. While I didn’t like to hear that and hoped she was wrong, I was sure glad she prepared me. On this week’s episode, we dive into the fact that mental health is a lifelong journey. I share the struggles I’ve had lately and how I combat the depressing thoughts and feelings now compared to how I did (or didn’t) at the start of my postpartum journey.
