This week I have Samantha Glass on the show. Samantha owns the gym I started going to in October and is such an inspiration for finding the balance of work, mothering, and self-care.

Mama Stories is a segment of Postpartum Empowerment where I invite other mamas on the show to share their stories of postpartum, specifically relating to postpartum depression or anxiety, so that we know we are not crazy and not alone for dealing with these delicate situation.

This week I have Samantha Glass on the show. Samantha owns the gym I started going to in October and is such an inspiration for finding the balance of work, mothering, and self-care. She shares about the unexpected early birth of her first daughter and how that affected her postpartum journey and the birth of her second baby.
