Resources for Postpartum Depression and Anxiety

So you've found out you have Postpartum Depression or Anxiety. You may feel overwhelmed and not know where to start. If you need a place to start, here are some of my favorite resources.

Mom & Mind Podcast Dr. Kat is a wealth of information and frequently has guests on that have struggled themselves and come out the other side. Her voice is soothing and I often listen and say "YES!" to whatever is discussed.

PANDA (Australia)  This website is full of information about what Postpartum (Postnatal) depression and anxiety looks like. It even has resources for people close to someone struggling and dads that might be struggling.

Postpartumdepression.org Similar to the PANDA website. Resources for those struggling and their caregivers, including dads.

Dear Scarlet: The Story of My Postpartum Depression

Shut the Should Up is a hilarious but also deep podcast with Candace Payne (Chewbacca Mom) and Jenny Randle. Listening to them almost always cheers me up, so it may help you too.

The Complicated Heart Podcast This podcast isn't specific to PPD and Anxiety, but Sarah Mae often highlights these topics and discusses them with vulnerability and depth that is hard to find.
